Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the website www.neandarthal.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The law regulates the rights and obligations of consumers and the provider.

The website www.neandarthal.si is operated by Denis Hasanagić., hereinafter referred to as the provider/vendor.

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  1. company identity ( name and registered office ),
  2. contact information that allows the user to communicate quickly and efficiently via e-mail or phone,
  3. essential characteristics of goods or services, including after-sales services and guarantees,
  4. the availability of (items or services offered on the website must be available within a reasonable time),
  5. conditions of delivery of items or execution of the service (method, place and time of delivery),
  6. clearly and unambiguously set prices ( must be clearly indicated whether they already contain taxes and transport costs ),
  7. method of payment and delivery,
  8. time validity of the offer,
  9. the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,
  10. an explanation of the procedure at the time of the complaint, including all information on the contact person.

All prices are in € (EUR). The provider is not liable for VAT. VAT is not charged on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act. Prices next to the products in the gallery are informative. If the product is made to order, the customer learns the exact price before completing the product order, after the provider and the customer agree to the order. The price of the product may change depending on the additional working time or the material used.

The price of the product, which is available immediately, is stated next to the product and is valid at the time of placing the order and does not have a predetermined validity. Prices do not include postage.

Order a product via e-mail or social networks

Some products are made in advance and are in stock. The provider also enables the order of products at the customer’s request.

Ordering products in an online store

Majority of products can be ordered directly through the website www.neandarthal.si

Purchase procedure:

In the online store, the customer chooses between products in different menus. Add “ to your cart ” add the product to your cart. The link to the shopping cart is located in the upper right of the website. By clicking on the shopping cart, the customer can view the products in the cart.
If the customer wants to remove the product from the cart, click on “ x ” next to the product.
If the customer wants to complete the purchase and order the products, click the “ button on the ” cash register.
In the following, the customer enters the required contact information that we need to confirm the order and deliver.
To enter the discount coupon, the customer clicks on the “ button Click here to enter the code ” located above the contact information form.

The method of payment is payment according to the proforma invoice. Upon completion of the order, the buyer receives an order notice and payment information to his e-mail address.
If the buyer wishes to cancel the order, he can do so within one hour of confirming the order. After that time, the provider checks the order and prepares it for shipment.
In case the customer wishes to receive the product at a different address, it is necessary to click on “ add to another address ”

In the event of a technical problem, such as a clearly incorrect price, or in the meantime the product is no longer in stock, the provider reserves the right to reject the order. The provider informs the buyer and offers him another product or returns the amount paid. If suuitable product is not found, the provider reserves the right to cancel the sale.

Method of payment

The provider enables the following methods of payment:

  • by transfer to the company’s transaction account. The customer receives the data required for the transfer via e-mail at the submitted order. The bidder reserves the order for a maximum of 3 days from the order confirmation. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price within this time, the order is considered cancelled,
  • with cash upon personal collection.

Upon receipt of the payment, the provider sends the invoice in pdf. form to the e-mail address of the buyer or attach it to the shipment.

Delivery, personal collection and postage

The provider will ship the product in stock within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. The time for delivery depends on the Post or other carrier used for shipment.

The product on request is usually provided by the provider within 15-20 days. By arrangement, the deadline may be shortened. If the product cannot be provided within the time limit, the provider shall inform the buyer and extend the time limit in agreement, but not more than 60 days.

Prices listed on the website do not include postage. The shipping costs are listed in Shipping and Delivery, and are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije or other service providers.

Properties of goods

The properties of the goods are listed on the product image website.

Photographs of the products are symbolic. The color in the image may deviate slightly from the real color of the product.

The gallery serves as a sample of products to order. The product is not available immediately unless otherwise stated. If the provider has the material in stock, it is possible to order the same product. Otherwise, the consumer communicates his wishes and if possible the provider makes such a product.


Various discounts and promotions can take place on the website www.neandarthal.si. Discounts do not add up. Discounts are listed next to the product. Discounts cannot be exchanged for a cash payout. If the customer orders the product before the discount is valid, he is not entitled to a discount, even if the same products are reduced. Also, discounts do not apply to custom products. The provider reserves the right that a certain product is no longer in stock during the period of discounts and can no longer be manufactured. 

The buyer can also secure the discount using the valid discount code. The discount code is limited in time and is invalid after expiration. To enter the discount coupon, the customer clicks on the “ button Click here to enter the code ” and enter the valid code. After entering the code, the discount is automatically deducted from the price of the order.

Gift certificates

The provider also allows the purchase of gift certificates. Gift certificate amounts are kisses, but must be rounded to 10 €. Gift certificates are numbered and are not limited in time. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. For purchases lower than the amount on the voucher, the provider does not refund the money. For purchases in which the amount is higher than the amount on the voucher, a surcharge is possible. Gift certificates do not have a time limit. They shall cease to apply only if the tenderer has closed the activity.


By subscribing to the e-news, the customer agrees that the provider informs him about news and promotions by e-mail. The customer can unsubscribe from the e-news at any time. The provider undertakes not to misuse or pass on the user’s e-mail address to a third party.

Product return

In the case of distance or off-premises contracts, the buyer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the product that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give him a reason for his decision. Withdrawal from the contract is announced by e-mail at info@neandarthal.si.

Terms and conditions of return

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • A. The return authorization form must be correctly filled in and sent to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the product.
  • B. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
  • C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag. Please try the products without removing the tag. Returned products without the tag will not be accepted.
  • D. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item (e.g. dust bags, etc.).
  • E. Returned products must be sent from the country that you submitted the order from.
  • F. The returned items must be picked up by the courier within fifteen (15) days from the date when you submitted the return authorization form.
  • G. The cost to the consumer of returning the goods is the cost of sending the goods.
  • H. The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the product is manufactured according to his instructions and adapted to his personal needs.

If you have met all the conditions requested, the Vendor will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the tenderer shall return all payments received no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The bidder may withhold the refund of received payments until the return of the returned goods. The provider makes the refund of the payment to the buyer exclusively by transfer to his transaction account.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

The bidder must deliver the goods to the buyer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects of the product:

  • if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use;
  • if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer buys it, which was known to the provider;
  • if the product does not have the characteristics and merits that have been explicitly agreed or prescribed;
  • if the tenderer has delivered a product which does not conform to the model or model, unless the sample or model has been shown only for the purpose of notification.

The suitability of a product for normal use shall be assessed in the light of normal goods of the same type and taking into account any statements made by the tenderer on the characteristics of the goods which he has made, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indications on the goods themselves.

The buyer can exercise his rights under a material error if he informs the provider about the error within 14 days from the day the error was detected. The buyer must describe the error in detail in the error notice and allow the provider to review the matter. The buyer may notify the provider in person, of which the provider must issue a certificate. The provider is not responsible for material defects in goods that appear after two years from the purchase of the product. A defect in the product is considered to have existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within six months of purchase.

A buyer who has correctly notified the provider of an error has the right to request him to:

  • fix the product defect or
  • repay part of the amount paid in proportion to the error, or
  • replace the defective product with a new defective product or
  • refund the amount paid.

The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall be extinguished by 30 days from the date on which he notified the provider of the material defect. If the existence of a defect in the product or an irregularity in the service is not disputed, the provider must as soon as possible, but no later than eight days to comply with the customer’s request. The provider must respond in writing to the customer at the request no later than eight days after receiving it, if the existence of an error on the product or an irregularity in the performed service is disputed.

A material error is not recognized in the following cases:

  • if the customer has not followed the instructions for use or care guide, described HERE of the product
  • if the buyer has handled the product negligently or unprofessionally,
  • if the product has not been properly maintained.

Protection of personal data

The operator of the website www.neandARThal.si provides the protection of personal data that will be used exclusively for the purposes of the order and will not be passed on to third parties. We handle your personal data carefully and responsibly. In case of problems or. ambiguities in the use of the website, the owner of the website reserves the right to contact the consumer through means of distance communication.

On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation entered into force. GDPR. The provider manages all customer data in accordance with the prescribed legislation.

The website www.neandarthal.si is owned by Denis Hasanagić, as well as all photos, records and logos. All of this is intellectual property that only Denis Hasanagić can manage.  Access to the Website allows the User to use the content of the Website for limited and private purposes only under the conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions. Any reproduction or other use of any element on the portal or for any other purpose, including commercial use or for third parties, shall be prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner of the site.

Limitation of Liability

The provider strives to ensure the up-to-datedness and correctness of the information published on its website. However, product characteristics, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the website. In this case, the provider will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider fulfils its duty and provides an effective complaint handling system. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail info@neandarthal.si. The hearing process is confidential.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms of neandARThal, Denis Hasanagić. does not recognize any out-of-court settlement contractor for consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes, which could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Act.

neandARThal, which as a provider of goods enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link on its website to the online dispute resolution platform ( SRPS ). The platform is available to consumers at: < < – LINK – > >

That arrangement derives from the Law on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation ( EU ) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation ( EC ) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.

The website provider is not responsible for any intrusion into the website.
